Gains5 has developed GainsPRO® is a cloud-based web tool offers services on SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This tool will be used to calculate various aspects of labour standards with a specific goal of helping businesses to standardise the job process and forecast labour hours such as labour hours by tasks, labour hours by job roles. 

GainsPRO® tool will assist in the end-to-end development of Productivity Time Standards and forecasting an estimate of labour/staff requirement based on related activity driver information inputs.

Software that will be able to automate activities for work measurement and perform the following:

• Ability to capture process map.
• Develop standardised process. 
• Develop labour standards.
• Functionality to forecast labour hours by tasks.  
• Functionality to forecast labour hours by job roles.
• Functionality to build rosters based on Job Time Windows.
